FPSC is a nice way to make games, but its not of this time anymore, when you ask me, ( i know, many people don't agree with me on this, but that is ok).
we have much better engines and editors there days, like the Source for instance. so, when you ask me, then i say; a wise choice!!
that said, will you still keep it a indie game, or do you change that to now in to a mod? Because you can't use HL2 assets and then sell the game, although you can give it away from free ofcourse. You could go for the TC (total conversion) of your indie, because then EVERYONE can play your game, without even owning or having installed a source game!!
