MORE THAN A TOWER DEFENCE - Cubelander is a tower-defence game mixed with resource management, where you defend the sacred cubeverse against hostile forces, and discover the singularity that is summoning these geometrical invaders. Immerse yourself inside Symmetria and find the backstory behind every faction. Not everything is as it seems...
I'd like to begin by answering a few questions.
No, we haven't died. We haven't given up on Cubelander yet. We've been spending our time cooking up a huge update for Cubelander that will defy every expectation of a tower defence game. We can't wait to share with you the features of the upcoming major content update.
First up is the revamped tower select! It's been refitted so you can not only equip your TOWERS but also bring different spells, and DEFENDERS.
We're also including a few quality of life changes, with "Use Previous Loadout" and "Clear", to streamline this process.
And well... you might think
Spell select? Isn't there only one spell?
Not anymore.
Make yourself acquainted with Cripple, a new spell that applies an escalating slow and attack penalty on all enemies on the screen.
While orbital strike's effects are instantaneous and deal a huge blow to enemies on screen, Cripple is more sneaky, taking time to set in and reduce enemies to nothing more than punching bags over a few seconds!
There's also more spells to come... but you're going to have to check out the game when v1.2 releases for it!
Remember this? (Spoiler alert)
It's the one and only level in Geometric Void, where you show down against Mrithus, the evil void cult overlord. Well.
We're going to add a few more levels to the world in the post-game, where you can return to the precarious depths of the void and fight invigorated void spawns! (WARNING: Not for the faint hearted)
"It is said that even the boldest adventurers dare not to enter the cosmic graveyard"
We often make changes to the towers and defenders in the arsenal each update so that the game is fresh to play.
The Ballista and Toxic Sentry have felt neglected for a while. And it's about time we gave them some love.
When can you ever find a mechanical metallic ballista that fires energetic bolts that pierce armor?
Only in Cubelander -
The Ballista acts as a counter to armored enemies such as the Spherium! Watch out if you're armored, because the Ballista ignores a portion of enemy armor on hit!
And last but not least, and with a little less green:
The new toxic sentry, has the same function: poisoning enemies on hit. But now it looks a lot more toxic and dangerous and a little bit less bright-green. (It's no longer jealous of the other towers)
And we're not done yet. But, we'd like to keep our posts relatively short. If you want more Cubelander related things, you should check out Cubelander on Steam at the link below:
Can't wait? We can't either.

Hey guys, it's been a long time since we've last posted here.
And that's because we've been extremely busy making content behind the scenes for everyone to enjoy.
So first of all, Cubelander is released! Come check out the game here!. The game will be 50% off for the rest of the year, so grab the game for an exclusive price!
We've included more bossfights into the game:
Watch a video of the Cryonova bossfight!
We've added many many new towers to select:
Additionally, we've added many new defenders to the game! Defenders are a way to send units on the battlefield and make enemies fight you! There are many types of defenders!
Additionally, we've been reworking and finishing off the campaign mode of Cubelander! Fight through 28 unique levels each with their own maps, unique challenges, and new enemies!
From the very easy levels of the Cubeverse, to gauntlet styled levels, to intense bossfights, and puzzling levels, and even a level that restricts you to placing only a single tower, there is never a lack of unique level design in Cubelander!
And there are a lot more enemies ready to invade your cores and pose a threat to your defences now!
From the simple behemoths that can sustain punishment, to enemies that sap your money and energy away, to enemies that summon blizzards, and mites that can inflict deadly venom upon your unsuspecting defenders, the enemy roster in Cubelander brings a large variety of challenges for any players!
Game not hard enough or too hard? Introducing Cubelander's take on difficulty!
While our levels have a smooth difficulty curve that should be easy to navigate, while challenging the player, we've made settings so that the game is enjoyable for everyone!
There are 4 difficulty settings which significantly alter every aspect of the game, including resource generation rate, enemy toughness, and even giving enemies new traits on Invictus mode! Bossfights are also dramatically changed on higher difficulty settings!
That's all for the post! If you haven't already, come and get the game at:

Hey everyone, glad to see you all again with our weekly development update of our indie game Cubelander! We've just been once again making our graphics presentable as a whole steam game, and doing the rest of our campaign. We've also been working on our user interface to make it more responsive, animated and interactive!
If you want to check out the game on Steam: you can do it here!
We've started by making our tower unlock panel. This panel triggers whenever you unlock something new - it's meant to be exciting, and show a brief description of the tower you just unlocked - what do you think?
This is still a work-in-progress and things are subject to change
We've also retextured the landscape of our third world, making it look more snowy and icy. We're yet to add more details which we will do some time in the future, but for now here is the new third world stuff - we hope you think it is an improvement:
More blueee
Last of all, we've continued with a new enemy panel, where you can see new enemies and get a brief overview of their weaknesses and strengths. This is a work-in-progress and we can't wait to show you more of this panel
Anyways, that's it for today - if you have any suggestions for our UI, leave it down below! Thanks for checking out Cubelander! If your interested, check out Cubelander on Steam at:

Hi everyone, we've been working hard behind the scenes to buff up our graphics, and complete more levels and finish up our gameplay! If you want to check out the game on Steam: you can do it here!
We've buffed up the graphics for the third world, Frozen Frontier! We've made the ice terrain look more bluey, and added an atmospheric effect into the level! What do you guys all think?
More snow, more blue, looks good on your eyes when you have to retry this level from losing 5000 times!
We've also made further buffs to the climactic finish of the game! Everything void has been given more voidlike features, and the towers have been getting more vfx-ey to make you feel in power while you destroy the enemy! We've made enemy shields shinier, and we've made the landscape more purple! What do you guys think?
RTX: ON
Finally, we've released some gameplay of our game - here's a really unique video of level 2-3, The Counter! In this level, your only allowed to build a SINGLE tower, and you'll have to constantly replace that tower to counter the enemy type the game throws at you! Check it out below:
Anyways, that about it for today! If your interested in the game, please check out our game on Steam at:
