Crimson Keep is a first person Hack n'slash roguelite. The player descends into a hellish subterranean labyrinth full of monsters, traps, and treasure. Find the sunken remains of the Crimson Keep and cleanse it. The great power within could be your only hope for escape.
Oh nice, this has some really solid atmosphere. Have you tried adding wooden beams in some areas? Maybe use them to create rafter-like areas? This could help place some enemies as well as give the place a more cramped, rickety, dangerous feeling. Maybe use them to push up against areas where the ceiling droops to make it seem like last-minute repairs, which makes the environment itself feel really dangerous.
Hey that sounds cool, I think I'll make a custom rotted wood texture for that or something, mix it up a bit. And yeah, this area needs some verticality, agreed.
