You assume the role of team leader in the tactical response team of a major city police force. Your work is to plan and carry out tactical entry in barricade and hostage situations with least possible loss of life the desired outcome.
I've made a small overhaul of the audio. I added some new weapon sounds and tweaked the reverb zones as they are called in Unity. I wanted to enhance the feeling that it's really loud gunfire in small enclosed spaces. You'll also see a small experiment where I put tiles in the ceiling that fall down from explosion forces. Oh, and the indication texts shown in the lower left corner are new too.
THis is so COOOOOL Indoor Sound GREAT JOB MAN!
do you have any plan for adding some Shield?
or even a Face masks?
by saying FACE masks I mean't by Bullet proof Face Mask.
Yes for both. I'm planning to add face masks and also something like the Ronin ballistic helmet. The shield is a bit tricky because of the characters being 2D. I haven't figured out how to do it yet but it will really be a necessary tool.
Yeah for sure Shield is really a necessary tool for breaching the door without getting your self killed. I'm glad to hear that you're going to add some Face Masks. Good luck man Forever Supporting and Tracking or even waitin!
What about precision aim from beta 3 (or was it 2)
Oh that's already in there :)
lookin damn good would be cool if shotguns did a little more damage too area shot cause gotta love that gore :)
Thanks! About the gore I deliberately toned down the penetration capability of the shotgun pellets to get it closer to what I believe is realistic... But as you mention it I really think it should do more damage in close range and I can adjust it for that. Meaning if you are really close all of the pellets will sail right through.
They will not only sail thru because given the pressure the pellets make inside the head will cause it to fly into pieces
Thanks. I need to come up with something that is more accurate. It also feels like nothing is happening when they don't exit the other side so I need some other form of visual feedback. I have some ideas for this but they will take some time to realize.
