I've been adding more detail to the underlying physiology of the characters the past days. It is on top of this that the injury and gore systems function. How about muscle spasms when the characters are getting asphyxia from lying unconscious on their face? Done.

Thanks, I don't think I've seen it either. It's going to be quite interesting to keep this going. I will write an article on it next week, but to mention just one more thing now the characters will loose consciousness and bleed out quicker if they are working hard (physically) when they get hurt. Adrenaline will be part of it too.
I remember that in Hitman: Codename 47 the ragdolls could jerk their limbs sometimes but I never knew if that was just a glitch.
