You assume the role of team leader in the tactical response team of a major city police force. Your work is to plan and carry out tactical entry in barricade and hostage situations with least possible loss of life the desired outcome.
Today I started adding recoil to the marksman. It needs some more tweaking... the return feels a bit too snappy now so I should make it a little slower. Next up will be adding a breathing cycle and ability to hold the breath.
HEADSHOT!! Got to love them!
What is with that left motion? Far as I know, guns don't drag left like that unless you are majorly ******* up.
That's what I thought initially too. After watching some scope cam videos I arrived at this. Keep in mind that this is from a prone position or with the rifle otherwise supported, not standing up. The rifle recoils mainly backwards. That motion forces the firer's shoulder back and the rifle pivots on that contact point. The shoulder like the rifle moves back, not that much up or down.
You should probably make it go up a little too, though, right now it's 'waaay too left' if you understand what I mean.
Just making it kick up a tiny subtle bit would probably make it look way more realistic.
I hear ya, I'll add some more up. Thanks both of you for telling me.
Am i smellin' a .50 BMG??
