AlterEgo is a multi-level, platform game where you navigate around platforms, obstacles and monsters to collect jumping pixels. You have an alter ego or phantom twin that mirrors your moves from across the screen. When the hero moves, the alter ego moves too in a mirrored fashion. In some levels the movements are mirrored horizontally, in other ones they are mirrored vertically. You can switch between the hero and his alter ego limited number of times in a level. ______________________________________ FOR LINUX USERS: *You need Mono 2.10+, OpenAL, libSdl 1.2 and libSDLmixer1.2 *If game not run from Desura Launcher: Just go to terminal cd to game folder desura/common/gamename/ and sh AlterEgo2.sh

Enjoy AlterEgo: DreamWalker and many other great games on Desura.
Can't run this game after I switched to fullscreen. How do I reset the settings?
Find a file "ae2save.sav" and delete it
Just a notice to the game maintainer: make your .sh script executable by giving it chmod +x priviledges, so game should run via Desura launcher. And perhaps replace sh with bash.
Really cool game. I don't know if its just me, but personally I have a REALLY hard time looking out for the safety of both characters. I'm so used to only managing one character in a platformer. The music is great, too. Just amazing chiptunes. I would have liked some controller support, but xpadder always does the job.
Same for me, on debian64: "game not supported"
Strangely enough, desura got back to me about it being fixed now, and now i don't own it somehow. Sent them the receipt hopefully will be fixed.
Just bought the Linux version, but it's not appearing in my Library, is it not uploaded yet?
Right now it uploaded, did it appear?
I found it under favorites > new.
Got message not available on your platform.
64 bit issue?
I'm on 32
Nope, strange.... May have to contact desura support then... thanks anyway.
