They've requested assistance in dealing with the heavily armed intruder. Sortie immediately and shoot it down! There are 10 power conduits on the Viceroy that must be destroyed first. So long as those conduits are working, the carrier can almost instantly repair any damage it receives. Once the conduits are down, lay into the ship and bring it down!
