STORY
This is an alternate history where Giorgio Basta failed to assassinate Michael the Brave. Mihai having already an army made of one million ducats, donated by Rudolf II to defeat Sigismund Bathory, his future campaign against Austria will be easy. After hard battles against austrians, Mihai was victorious and demanded all the territories to the Tisa River. After the defeat of austrians, Mihai marched victorious to Targoviste and proclaimed the Romanian Kingdom. In the next years, this new kingdom will participate in the Partition of Poland, taking back Moldova and later it will participate in a Partition of the Crimean Khanate proposed by the Russian Empire. After these events, the austrians will continue short border conflicts against Kingdom of Romania, even if the austrians won sometimes a bit of land over the Tisa River, the romanian answer was more devastating for the austrians by supporting the rebels inside the empire with military equipment, the Kingdom of Romania managed to create vassal states against the austrian influence. All the conflicts against Kingdom of Romania will stop until the French Revolution ends , now with the Napoleonic Wars arriving in the Balkans, the Kingdom of Romania will become an important ally of the French Empire, supporting the spreading of romance influence, there will be a french military mission in Kingdom of Romania to train the romanian army for future wars against austrians, russians and ottomans.
