A new update with a new status, trinket, and card!

​As always, this update is live now and can be played for free in browser at Isochronalgames.itch.io. Updates like this will be coming out every week, so please follow if you're interested in seeing future updates!

Another smaller update as the new preview system is in development. In fact quite a bit of the underlying code is in this new version, and while none of it should be active if you notice any new bugs please let me know!

-A new status has been added, Rage! It adds its value to all your future attacks.

-There is currently only one card that uses Rage, Pump Up. Although it has quite a long timeline, two extra damage on all future attacks is very powerful in longer fights.

-There is also one Trinket, Rude Note, which gives you one rage at the start of each battle.

Rage is similar to Critical and Exposed in some ways, but it has enough differences that I think it fills a different niche. Unlike Critical it's a static increase so it benefits multi-attacks well. Unlike Exposed it increases your actual damage dealt, which means it gets double by Critical.

Unlike both it has no time or use limit! Once you have Rage you have it for the rest of the battle, so it's easier to build up over time.

I also have some ideas for it in the future - a card that gives you Rage whenever you are hit during its timeline, another that gives you Rage based on the number of enemies you are facing, or Trinkets that gives you Rage whenever an ally dies or gives you an extra Rage whenever you gain Rage.

In development - Still working on the preview system. It's proving to be even more complicated than I thought!
