I really really really love this game and this mod. However, I am having audio issues with the game. A lot of the sound in the game, gunshots, NPC voices, monster growls and moving sounds are thrown around instead of coming from the source. Like for example, I could hear dogs barking and padding about in one direction but they are actually in the complete opposite direction. This completely throws me off especially during fire fights, where I often die (I play on the hardest difficulty cause I am a masochist..) when facing one direction thinking that's where the enemy is but end up getting shot in the back of the head. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Thank you for the helpful reply, this is what I was looking for. This is far more helpful then the harassment by another poster. I haven't even tried modding it because I didn't want to cause problems with the game so I didn't touch it. I will try the fix you tried about the bandit suit.

No I didn't cheat. I am playing the latest version. I didn't have any problems with the game until this part. I checked on the internet and found that this was a common bug and figured that perhaps there was a fix for it by now. So far nothing.

And yes, I did check the forum out and didn't find anything. Szabby, you really need to stfu and stop wasting other people's brain cells forcing them to read your comments. If you want to be helpful be helpful. But don't troll then act like you are right. You need to get a life. Not everyone knows how to mod. Whats the point of the director's cut when you havent even finished the orignal lost alpha game and that game is covered... COVERED in game breaking bugs you have refused to fix?

Okay I ran into a game breaking bug thats making me not want to play this game. I was streaming the game and having a great time and so much fun until I had to do the stupidly ridiculous mission of having to retrieve the documents from Borov's safe, in the bandit camp. The moment I got the safe open and got the documents I began crashing none stop. And every save I make gets corrupted afterward getting the documents.

After crashing over 20 times I finally got the documents back to That sin leader idiot. Only to find that he doesn't take the documents. Now I have THAT document and the documents from the research institute above X18 that I can't get rid of. Taking unnecessary weight and one of them is constantly making my game crash.

I looked everywhere on the net and I have yet to find ANY fix for this. How do I fix this? The game has became completely unmoddable because of how the developers decide to pack the game into Db format and even unpacking it and changing the ltx files don't work.

Is there a fix to this? Is there a way around this GAME BREAKING BUG? Cause its GAME BREAKING. If you don't believe me ask me for my twitch name and you can watch the extreme frustration I have with this bug in my archived videos.

oh I know what stalker is all about. I beat all three games in the highest difficulty without cheating. However, that was then this is now. I took those games as a challenge. I want to enjoy this one for fun.

How do you change carry weight? The new patch makes it impossible to mod the game let alone change the carry weight. All the files are in DB and when I decompress it and try to use the gamedata guide it doesn't work. The game freezes and doesn't work. How do I change carry weight? How do I stop the constant crashing?

I loved the game. very scary. I hated the ending though. Completely anti-climatic and disappointing to what was a scary game.

How do I uninstall this? I can't find a way to uninstall it.

Did you put the Inlucyseyes2 folder or the folder in THAT one that is Inlucyseyes?

Figured out how to get past the bug. Apparently the bug is random and it's fixed by starting a new game. Also, it has a higher chance of triggering if you enter the toxic room, not go too far from the door to where the cutscene triggers, and leave the room to explore. Then return later and trigger the scene where the room gets filled with toxic. After leaving, you will continue to take toxic damage.

Got a serious bug issue to report. The toxic room at the beginning at the game, the one where the door closes behind you. After getting out of the room, I still suffer damage from toxic air no matter how much further I progress. This makes it unplayable. I have to completely ignore the room and all the goodies inside because of this insanely annoying and aggravating bug. =(

Okay I finally got the game to work. Apperantly the new update changes the main folder's name to Inlucyseyes2. Got to go into that folder take out the Inlucyseyes folder and put THAT into the amnesia folder.

I can't get the game to run. I did everything right to install and whenever I try to open the bat file (in administrator) a black window opens up and then closes quickly. How do I fix this?

I hope you release it on steam soon. The original starflight was the first space game I ever played and I loved it.

I know its not a mod but I called it that cause its in the mod section and in a site called "moddb". its easier to call it that then a "game" since its basically a modded stand alone of another game.

No you are wrong. I downloaded ALL the parts. I installed them and then the patch. I deleted the User.ltx and the other msv files. I installed the patch. I tried different methods of installing even over the original SoC just in case. Don't assume I did what you just said. When I say I tried everything I mean everything.

I already tried that. I literally tried EVERYTHING. I spent hours trying to get this stupid mod to work and nothing. I am extremely disappointed since I am a huge STALKER fan.

Can someone help me? It keeps saying FSGAME.LTX missing.

I can't get the game to run. I tried everything. I tried uninstalling, reinstalling, patching it, unpatching it, kicking it, spitting on it, yelling at it. Nothing works. It keeps telling me it won't run fsgame.ltx. I tried deleting the User.ltx and the msvc files and still nothing. How do I get this to actually work?
