Congratulations on the release! It looks great.
Congratulations on the release! It looks great.
Check out Klooni, if you want DOOM in Wolf3D Kfhgames.com
dont tell me what to do you're not my mum (but yeah I will this is awesome)
Hey, awesome!
As another option, it looks like Wolf4SDL will run it too!
What engine though? Making a raycasted game isn't necessarily making a Wolf3D game :)
Just two asides; if this is made in another engine it might be more appropriately tagged or moved to IndieDB if it's something like GameMaker?
Also, remember to credit the various people you're borrowing graphics from! ^^
Oh boy I can't wait for you to delete and reupload the same game again in a few months!
With a full version down the line?
For clarification; credit should *also* go to lazd, who ported the project by the original team to be playable (I believe in collaboration with them)
SplitWolf has been out since 2016.
If you had spent a few more seconds checking or looked at the title of the video you posted it with, you'd see that the big thing isn't that SplitWolf is on PC; it got converted to RetroPi so you can play 4 player co-op Wolfenstein on the TV, with controllers.
Credit should go to lazd at Github.com
Nice "Search Popular and Copy/Paste" article though. You tried.
Just wanted to say, you all have always been awesome, and made some amazing things over the years!
Thank you so much.
Good on you for keeping legacy versions of your mods sir! Nice work!
A mod about Joel sounds like it could be funny. And of course yes please to a horror mod. Rock it!
Will we be going for interesting applications of the lightning gun?
I look forward to seeing what you do
Heyyyyyy Adam ;) still eager to see if this comes around.

So what makes your Slender-like great? What separates it from others?
So let's assume the worst; you go to all this trouble developing the title, approach Nintendo about it, and get a C&D.
Would you actually shut down the project, or simply retool it so it's not Pokemon so much as merely influenced by it?
It seems like it would be a shame to see so much work go into this only for the likely situation of Nintendo shutting it down :(
Changing engine is cool. Wanted to jump in and ask if you were planning on giving appropriate credit for the sprites and artwork you're using, unless they're also changing.
Is it only local play at this point or can we expect being able ot play with others over the Internet?
I think things like Steam Refunds have come a long way to helping remedy the problem. I'm actually about to make an attempt at refunding a game I've owned for a long time, since it's been stuck in Early Access with no updates or discussion from the developer. It'll be interesting to see if I get approved.
That sucks if that's the case. Where'd they say that? Did they say why?
