Solved - Sorry guys. I have a Gaming Laptop with an Integrated and nvidia GPU, turns out the Integrated was on by default. swapped to Nvidia and things are golden.

I'm Windows 8.1 if that helps. In the output log, it looks like it crashes immediately after loading System.Core, not sure what's next. I'm curious if it's a MS DLL that's incompatible with 8.1 possibly?

Hmmm.. I couldn't seem to find anyone with this issue but it seems to crash right on Launch for me no matter what settings I try.
