I am playing as a scientist. Accepted task from merc to kill some soldier in Agroprom military base. I killed him with knife, the alarm sounded and big part of soldiers become my friends. :D

The trader at Dead City died during a blowout. I thought that building is safe.

Regarding prof. Kruglov's death: I loaded earlier save and found that his bunkers door was opened, so when the zombies showed up they start shooting each other. I killed the zombies before they reached the lab and closed the door, now Kruglov is alive and I am playing the story. The door probably was opened by one of the soldiers who was running up-down like an idiot trying to hide somewhwre. Was very scared.

I returned from underground with wire and gave it to Saharov he told me to meet Doc. Was late night so I slept few hours. I heard shots from outside and when at morning i left the bunker met two zombified stalkers, killed them and found the soldiers and both scientists dead. Kruglov was lying at the stairs of his shelter the other one a few meters from him. They probably came out to fight with enemies.
I searched his corpse (after getting the task) and then the green mark disappeared from map but the task is still active on the PDA.

Some zombies killed prof. Kruglov. Now I can't meet him when Saharov tells me. What can I do to be able continuing the game?

After you reach "Heavy Pockets" achievement, prof Sakharov will trade them.

When I switch on the PDA to see the map the FPS drops to 2-3. :O I am playing the game in DX9. How can I fix it?

I have similar error in Dead City.
