got it to work but i cant change the skin tab+q doesnt work

nope still crashes tried cleo 3 and cleo 4 nothing seems to work

Still doesnt work and I dont have any other mods installed.Reinstalled gta installed this mod again still doesnt work.

I followed all the steps also used img tool 2.0 to replace and add files but when loading gets to 50% it crashes to desktop whibout this mod the normal gta works
