Errr.... I mean I am on Ubuntu 13.04. Sorry, I thought I was living in the future apparently. I'm still having problems getting this game to work. See my PasteBin post above for the details. Thank you.

I tried to install the game directly, and here is my full details here: Paste.ubuntu.com
Any tips on how to make the game run in Ubuntu 13.10 (64-bit)? Thanks.
Just got the game installed and it seems to work fine as I played a few melee test rounds. I feel like every Desura game I play never works through the client, which like this game I was only able to get it to work after doing a direct download of the .BIN file for my Ubuntu 13.10 (64-bit) system.
I've tried to install the game via Desura on Ubuntu 13.10 (64-bit), and even though it seems like everything installed fine, there's no way to launch the game. All that happens is a quick blip of a GUI that disappears. I have no clue what it says.
I KILLED 90 ZOMBIES! I think Kentucky is a little bit safer now. Tip: Use the kitchen knife! Butter knives work too, but they only last so long (they won't let you attack after 3-4 kills, and you'll need to drop that for another knife). I figured out that guns kill great, but also attract a bunch of zombies due to the gunfire. Too bad I died in 11 days though. My record for length of time is 18 days now, but that's if I'm being a wimp and hiding out most of the time.
I am on Linux (Ubuntu 13.04, 64-bit) and could never get the main Desura game to ever work. It would install, then when I went to launch it there was always some unknown error (and verifying the install files would crash the Desura client). I gave up and went with the regular 64-bit download of the .tar.gz (from PZ's site Desura) and was finally about to run the PZ .sh file and could play the game. Pretty cool game!
