Will each of the Annointed Kings have their own combat styles? Will the combat system consist of different styles of combat?

How accessible will these characters mentioned be to the player? Would the player stand a chance in battle?

Will there be any great warriors of godlike proportion like in Greek mythology like Hector, Achilles, Theseus, Ajax, and Odysseus and Hercules? Like warriors that have reputation that proceeds them.

It does. It would be a great game although an issue would be how to make the player compete with the Greek gods present in the game as well as semi godlike figures like Achilles and Hector. The scope of map would have to encompass a larger area than the city of Troy. But onto LOA

In the opinion of everyone, although Epoch games could not do this due to licensing issues. Would an open world rpgwith LOA features be a good fit for Mortal Kombat and that series. I was having a discussion about this and would like some feedback. BTW the new LOA pics look amazing and to think they are a WIP is even more amazing. Can't wait to finally play it when that moment arrives. I think you guys have created a masterpiece

Will LOA be modable and editable with regards to adding Npcs, factions, and what not? In other words, to make the game your own. It would be cool to replicate ones own family as the ruling family of a certain faction. Just an idea I thought I would throw out. Also will there be assassination missions? If so a good historical incident to draw inspiration from would be Sima Qian's account of Jing Ke's attempt on Qin Shi Huangdi, the first emperor of China

I apologize for jumping way ahead. Could a possible next game for Epoch Games be LOA like rpg rendering of the Trojan War based on the Iliad, Virgil's Aenid, Thucydides, Ovid, and Herodotus. Like LOA, the Trojan war would play its due course anyway with the fall of Troy unless player intervention changed it. This just struck me when I was reading about LOA. Don't interpet this as a lack of enthusiasm for LOA, in fact this is one of the chief games I'm looking forward too and I'm not much of a gamer. Just thought I'd share an idea.

I have another question:will there be any hidden civilizations in LOA? In one picture in the gallery, someone wrote that there are places in Althas that have not been explored.

I was just wondering. I hope I didn't sound like I was putting pressure on you to do so. I have another question. Will there be an equivalent of the Istari in Lays of Althas. Forgive me if this question has been asked already.

Will the game be modable in a way that allows for a scenario editor or at least the ability to create factions, NPCs, and stuff like that?

Thank you for your thorough answer. I understand your concern about overpowered NPCs. I hope the balance between the player ability and npc ability is set right. If you have seen the movie "Hero" with Jet Li, you'll remember the scene where the two assassins storm the emperors palace taking on thousands of guards. I hope it won't be like that. What will the skill level of the faction leader be? Will the king be skilled in sword fighting and in combat?

How will NPC's be treate? Will there be non-kill able NPCs or will they all be fair game? Will the player be able to walk into the capital city of any faction and have access to its leader?
