Can't install VC++ because .NET Framework 3.5/3.0 isn't installing,I'm going to try compiling the plugins with Code::Blocks IDE using MinGW GCC compiler

The Elite Dragoon can shoot either his Phase Disruptor or his Seeker Spores weapon and can cloak(this applies for all the "Elite" units).
The Elite Zealot i am currently thinking of what to do.
The Rocket Trooper is just an edited marine that shoots rockets(I may change to Grenadier as he fires grenades or I may change the weapon graphics to Rockets).
I may cannibalize some units/buildings/spells like i did to the Barracks(Cloning Facility).
