Yeah I am a preofessional artist and this is about as much as I currently can do with a 16x16/tile resolution.
I have another personal concept which is called "gothic Dieselpunk", but would be a far bigger project and would need more than 2 people. DOn't know if I will do that next, but if you want to check it out here is some of the stuff:

I do pixelart with gimp 2.6.11, Graphics Gale and Pyxel Edit
Yeah all of these programs have their strengths for certain tasks, like Gimp offers a lot of modern value control and GG is awesome for animating.

No Sadly Kickstarter doesn't Support Paypal.
It's a bad idea to start a paypal donation pool (like many campaigns do) before the funding goal is hit, because there is no easy way to refund (which is also one of Indiegogo's bigger problems)

the sign is actually the sign for "Amor" or "Cupido" - so the name of the club would be "Club Amore"
