Floors yes, for windows you can just leave a very narrow opening and pretend it is a window :P

As the above user pointed out, we're working hard on the game and progress is going fine (much more than I would've expected, seriously) and early access is coming probably sooner than expected (maybe even next month!).
You can check our progress towards the "early access quality state" on the Steam discussion here -> Steamcommunity.com

CHeck the UI: different factors influence the player perceived temperature.

New indicator added showing the level of "cover" just above the isolation icon. Cover is the amount of protection the player has from rain given by a tree or a shelter, while isolation represents the amount of protection from wind, and is increased by having big objects or walls surrounding you.

Added new tools to mess around with the weather: 4 sliders controlling rain, air temp, humidity and wind! They can be used freely in God mode, and only by enabling cheats in Survival mode.

It can be easily done, but we need someone capable of create animations. Once we have the frames, we can implement them, but we alone can't create them for the current sprites.

I would gladly accept your help if you're willing to join me! I'm just looking for someone who's able to make a site/forum since i want to build a community (community=suggestions/feedback/support). In the past i've managed to start a project that became really popular (STEP - Skyrim Total Enhancement Project), but it would have not become so without people helping me out (people that now are the core team of the project while i'm just a supervisor). Also, since i'm not a native speaker, help from natives or people who are better able to write in english is much needed.

Please feel free to send a mail to ultiodes@yahoo.it to start talking there if you're still interested, or just tell me how you prefer to talk.

Dan

I share your passion for geology, plus paleontology and biology in general, and i can assure you that, unless i die or lose my computer/home, i'll continue working on this as it's my main concern at this time.

The campagn is on hold. When i made the video i was sure the campaign would be the next step, but now i'm improving so much the basic structure of the game that i've decided to fuel the campaign with videos, features and screens from the next game versions, which will look much better both graphically and feature-wise.

The video will be swapped with some updated ones, and the campaign will porbably be on Kickstarter.

I'm totally aware that grass was not common in the cretaceous: i call it "grass" for a sort of "conceptual laziness" from my side, but if you look more closely it resembles ferns or another kind of plant, so biological accuracy is preserved ;). Of curse, when the game is complete, i'll put a proper description of each plant, along with a bestiary, in the game manual. I would gladly take any imput from experts or enthusiasts, so please keep suggestions coming!

Plaease make the game super open ended, not just sandbox! Make it dynamic, with a thriving world that lives and breathes without the player, with a real ecosystem which can collapse if exploited.

I ask you to do not release this mod: my social life could end that very day.

I hope this project will stay in its scope, realism. Do not fall into the convention that realism is not fun, STALKER needs to be as most realistic as possible and your mod accomplishes that, i even need more difficulty!

I have something to ask about this: whenever i try to set the Sun quality to "max high" (instead of high) it takes something like 60 seconds to load the new config (with a black screen), the game looks much darker and less vibrant. When i exit the game to desktop and restart it, the options reset to sun - high, godrays - low, all the time.

I've even compared 2 screen and the "default" high/low version looks better than the max high/high version of those 2 options.

i use all the other options at the maximum possible with dx 11.

BTW, thanks for this amazing work, i really enjoy thins kind of realistic and enthrilling gameplay!
