First I thank you for the tutorial and sample you provided for fauna pack. but i'm quite new to this modding stuff.... and russian web I found that had fauna guide didn't had clear translation in English. Could you please send me a simple tutorial of how to make my own animals or fauna? I'm sorry to cause you trouble. But it'll be a great if you can help me.

Indeed, just finished New Vegas, now modding FO3 lightly; loved New Vegas' freedom of choice (a true RPG), but I liked FO3 atmosphere more.

My pc can't handle it, I thought of getting it for Xbox (even with minimal modding support) but I don't think I would enjoy it, it's an FPS and not an RPG anymore sadly.

Thanks for the tutorial I have done everything has you said but for some models I keep getting these errors
"More than 65535 vertices in "skin"!"
"Skin marked as polygonal does not contain any polygons. Please, remove "poly" parameter and re-export "

Hey, for the first error that's because 65535 polygons for a skin is a lot,too much for the exporter (so for the game too) to handle; I usually stay with my skins on 10-15k polys, and the maximum I've seen in some examples is 17k. So you either find a less detailed model, or you use some of the optimization options (look on google for tutorials).
For the second error that's really strange, I've never met that; apparently the skin (wich has a "Poly" in its "Uder defined" section, to see that click on a rigged skin then right mouse button, properties and like I said under the "User defined" tab) contains no poly at all (?). Sorry, but I really have no clue about this one, maybe you should ask someone with more experience like Apone or Ghosteron.
