I had the same problem , but i fixed it !
Start M&B W in the launcher go to Configure - Video - Load Textures on Demand - check it - Ok - Start the game with the mod.
IT a t least fixed the problem for me . I hope it will help you too!

If i want to start the game with the mod i get an error it says
'Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Libary
Runtime Error
Programm:.....\MountBladeWarband\mb_warband.exe
This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way.
Please contact the application's support team for more information'

Does anyone know how to fix this ??
