Added magic based wands to the players weapons and also NPC characters that can give you quests.

The latest updates include:
* Magic wand weapons that can be used to do ranged magic damage to enemies. These weapons require magic energy to use and once depleted the player has to wait for magic energy to recharge.
* NPC characters that the player can interact with (Later development videos will show the NPC AI with random behavior, such as wandering and building)
* Speech Bubbles and interaction boxes when you interact with the NPC characters.
* Scenery objects placed in the world to give it a more lively feel.
Development is still ongoing but more details and more developments will be shared in future updates.
