[HOW TO?]
To cook food you grab some food from the refrigerator afterwards you go to the oven and cook it. It will take about 30 seconds. It is really efficient.

Make a call with the telephone to order takeout, when the doorbell rings you can go to the door and grab it. Takeout isn't as efficient as cooking, but goes faster and it will give you a small stress penalty for eating junk food.

The kitchen sink removes dishes. The more dishes you have the longer it takes.
Using the computer will increase progress to the game you are creating.
If you don't sleep stress will build up faster. After having slept through the night you will build up stress normally. The bed also reduces stress.
The TV reduces built up stress while watching.
