This game follows the story of what happens after the John Carpenter 1982 movie adaptation of the John W. Campbell JR Novel "Who Goes There?". The original game borrows heavily on the story from the 2002 video game and the current sequel expands further on the plot after Captain Blake defeats the Thing entity. After the death of Whitley and the destruction of Gen Inc property; Captain J.F.Blake boards a rescue plane and leaves Antarctica. Complications arise and the aircraft malfunctions and crashes. With no report from Blake the Alaska base sends in a new rescue team of which you the player take control. Your task is to find Captain Blake and escort him back to Alaska. However the thing entity did not die with Whitley on that day...
I don't usually post concept art or high quality renders of the enemies as I don't like them to show up on other websites. (I usually use in game screen shots, also avoids confusion about the game being an RPG or not) I made an exception in this case, This is a re-imagining of the "Blair" thing from the 1982 movie. Jose mentioned to me he wanted it to be more interesting and add something different so the dog creature from the side has been swapped out for a Norris-Type version of Blair.
I am still working on an update for this game, I'm just a bit slow. Expect news update soon.

Very hot. Regarding that you shoud check out the awesome concept arts of the canceled "The Thing2" pc game. They had some pretty epic designs.
Did before I started the RPG: Titansterrorstoys.blogspot.co.uk Used their designs as a base for creatures like the Bio Beast and Sonic Beast. If they had actually made that game it would of been scary as hell.
You may have also heard of Redwood Falls, a cancelled video game some of the former computer artworks team tried to make for the PS3: Relyonhorror.com
ya heard of them both it's so sad that both games got cancelled.
