A FPS having you travel between a forest simulation and an abandoned base; relying on the skills of an intelligent orb-looking companion at your side The Legacy is a first-person game that will have you travelling alternatively between the simulation of an open-world style tropical forest and a seemingly abandoned base of operations while relying on the abilities of an intelligent orb-looking companion at your side. To progress in one phase, you will have to progress in the other and vice versa; the game therefore promises to offer two distinctively different playstyles with one being a challenge based survival theme in a natural setting and the other being a linearly progressed story phase that is more slow paced (to a certain point!) with collectables and puzzles.

I'm very aware that we need to have some gameplay footage videos. That's a bit tricky however, most of what you see in the videos and images are from the game but the thing is we are not planning on having any actual UI and letting the player know of everything that he needs to know with the character talking to himself. That requires for us to properly implement lots of audio stuff before we can have an actual gameplay footage out there, which is what we'll be concentrating on primarily as soon as we get the crafting and notebook system ready! Just wanted to get it out there : ) |
