stuck in quest Missing Thread - Survivalist

hello, I need a little help...

I finished quest for Arcine (brother) and other quests in Los Ceros (kill looters, save guy from Grand Army etc..) but it doesnt go far. In quest log there is: speak with people from Los Ceros to know about Lou....I spoke with everyone in Los Ceros camp, there werent any new option for discuss.

Can you help me or little hint?

You need to carry on with the Arcines, they have a bunch of quests that go back and forth between Em and Elfego, then one of them gets promoted and you get a quest to use them to infiltrate the inner circle.

I did it, I brought head to Elfego, he was promoted then he thanks me and thats all, no other option etc..maybe bug or I forgot to do something?

Once Elfego is promoted you should get a quest saying "Persuade Elfego Arcine to search the prison cells behind Felipe's compound for Lou Marchbanks". Did you get that?

If so, and you talk to him, he still needs to have a high enough opinion of you to do it. He ought to have quite a high opinion of you as you already did his quests for him, but you might still need to give him some more gifts or something. Having the brain scanner helps with this sort of thing. Be aware that the opinions they have of you are character-to-character, so it matters which character you use to talk to them.

Once you persuade him to search the compound you get a quest saying: "Wait for Elfego Arcine to search the prison cells for Lou Marchbanks" - you just have to wait for that one.

No I dont have that option, I gave him a lot of classic novels and detective novels, nothing happen. And I always use Joe Wheeler to speak with people.

If not, best to get that first. After you have given Alice a certain amount of insulin Isham will talk to you and a quest called Internal Workings of the Mind will appear, which will lead you there. If you haven't done that yet, or those characters are dead, just go to Sienna and follow a winding road southwards, eventually you will get to some Humvees and it is in one of them.

Then talk to Elfego - when you get to some dialog options that depend on Respect or Approval you will see a brain scan readout showing whether you have enough. From what you're telling me it sounds like you really should have enough though... I hope it's not a bug...

If you are on PC you can email me your savegame and I'll let you know if there is a problem. Otherwise, if the brain scanner doesn't make things any clearer, could you let me know what dialog is available when you talk to Elfego? Do you get the option to persuade him to search the prison cells at all?

(sorry as I'm away for Christmas it's not so easy for me to investigate, but I'll keep an eye on the forum)

Can't find Rosetta Belonger of the bounty hunting quest. Did find a white strain "stranger" in the area though, and I worry that the completion flag won't be tripped for the quest now.... I've searched the entire area, even using the red dots posted when you listed the full map. I'm waaaay into this game, and there's no way for me to go back. Any help would be greatly appreciated. On another side note, any plans for a sequel? Same engine, new map, minor feature additions, and I'd easily pay 9.99 for it, if not more. I think the cover art on xblindie is part of lack of sales. Its hands down best game on xbla, but when I first saw it, it made me think it was one of those story adventures with sim-style models of disproportionate nymphomaniac women..... you know the type on xbla..... so I glossed over it until it popped up in reccomendations. This should be a top 10 indie game there, easily. If possible, as well, I'd be interested in possibly purchasing a liscense to use your game engine. The quest should still complete even if Rosetta was zombified before it started, or whatever. Also, once the quest "Go to the rocky area north-east of the Los Ceros shanty town, where the escaped criminals are said to be hiding" is active, her name should be visible (it wouldn't say "Stranger").
