Hi - first of all, can I just say congratulations on creating such an awesome game - I'm hooked !Wondered if I could ask a quick question about "The Death Penalty" mission given by Amelia Murphy in Santa Maddalena. I accepted it and went and killed Tom and Butch, thinking it would net me a lot of insulin to keep Alice going for a while I did others things. Instead she just rewarded me with a small(ish) amount of gold. Is there another mission I need to do for her, or someone else, to get her to give me the insulin ? Very grateful for any help/advice. |

I'm having the same problem- Amelia Murphy gave me gold, but no key to the Pequeno Canyon pharmacy/hospital. |

I'm getting the same issue, but I have a feeling it may be some how linked to haveing them ally with the fort useing Bud Andersons quest to make allys with them for the upcomeing war with los ceros. I did make allies with them for the fort, now I just need to finish up the quest MISSING to start the war and see if that leeds to another quest with Amelia giving me the key or maybe I just have to take it from her dead body after los ceros whipes them out? Not sure yet. On another forum BOB mentions that after los ceros attacks santa Maddalena there will be refugees that will join you, and if she is one of the refugees you can get the key then. No where can I find any info on getting this attack to occur, but I still think doing BUD ANDERSON's quest to make allies with santa Maddalena is step one, and then finishing the quest "Missing" must be step two. Even if Amelia is not one of the surviving refugees I do think you can just go find her body afterwards and get the key. Gunna go try all that now, will try to remember to post the results. ---Many Hours Later---- Yes is is correct. After you make allies with Santa Maddalena and then start the war with los ceros they will attack Santa Maddalena first. I didnt wait around to see if they would regroup and come after Joe wheelers base I just moved in and killed people off til they surrendered. After which if Amelia survived you can just swap supplies and get the key. I imagine if she dies in the attack you can just get it off her body. She survived when I did it. Edited by: tgbowman |

Am getting this problem and it happened with bud quest aswell! There a quest that bud make you tell santa maddalena to be friends and the other two. After the quest he didn't gives the key to get more insulin for Alice. Edited by: Bugfinder |

You have to actually refuse to kill them at one point, then she offers to give you insulin to do it. i.e. 1. Get the mission from Amelia 2. Talk to Butch, he'll explain that they're not looters 3. Go back to Amelia and say you won't do it. She then offers you insulin if you do it. Edited by: bob_the_pr_bot |
