In this latest playthrough, Isham never talked to me to start this quest? I am well into the Los Ceros and have given Alice about 30 insulin and done almost all of her quests ... but Isham never starts Internal Workings of the Mind. |

If you dont have it already you can go and find the brain scanner and it will complete the quest. Take the road south of sienna and follow it until you come to some military trucks its not too far from Tom an butch |
