Help with Alice Story Thread - Survivalist

I've finished the game for the most part. I have 3 quests remaining. Finish the game quest is waiting on skills and love. Alice quest says to work on finish game goals and ponder the situation. I also have a quest to look for signs of charley but I think this is broken because she was already in my group before I got he quest. The quest arrow points to her but I can't get anything to trigger from talking to her. Removing her didn't help.

So my question is mainly wanting to know if there is more to the Alice quest. I hope it's not expecting me to finish the finish game quest because full star skills is not going to happen I've got everything but farming and my farming guy goes up about 1 pixel an hour. I think I'd have to leave the game on fast forward for a week to finish this last star. I've spent the last few hours uncovering the last remaining spots on the map so if I'm suppose to actually find Alice I don't know where else to look.

I'd sure appreciate some help. This is a wonderful game and I've gotten over 45 hours out of it but it going to be very disappointing to leave it as it is. Thank you

Skill books count - use skill books to bring your skill up ;-)

Example: I used joe (4 star shot) gave him a gun skill book and a sniper and got the achivment for one-shoting a white in the head.
