OK I'm not sure exactly what the issue is but I will try to explain whats going on the best I can.

I have Isham Seely as a farmer, I use him to handle the Harvesting, and planting manualy when it's time for that. Once I got over 160 crops growing the other farmers basicly stoped working. The only time they would move is either after I paused the game or accessed an inventory menu. Then they would make one trip either to a well or a plant, then stop agian. Isham had one level higher in the skill than any one else, so that may be part of the issue, or it may simply be that I have too many crops and the AI can't keep up. It didnt seem to have any issues when I only had 120 crops around one well, but it all started when I tried to expand and built a new well 11 spaces over from the first one and started planting another field around it. My goal was to have two corn fields of 120 side by side with 3 to 4 farmers working them, for a total of 240 crops. I was hopeing to eventualy have level 5 farmers working them so that each rotation would net me 1440 ears of corn. Allowing me to both keep my people fed and have a nice steady income. But like I said befor, once I reached over 160 crops the other farmers stoped working. They just stand there while crops are going into the red line. Isham was still a farmer but sleeping at the time. I stoped all the other farmers and once Isham's sleep dep. was low enough I woke him up and he went to work by himself with no problems, as long as I had him selected and was in manual mode. But even he seemed to have issues when I was in command mode.

Some of the other farmers can't have a farming level above level 2 or 3, but I fail to see why they are having issues pouring water on a crop that was planted by some one with a higher level.

Also with so many crops growing in one area, as long as I have the screen there, either manualy controling some one, or in command mode, the frame rate, and over all general game speed drops significantly. It's like the xbox360 can't handle all that graphical data in one small area on screen at the same time. Nothing can probably be done about that except maybe playing the game on an xbox one, if there's ever a xbox one compatible version of the game. I'm thinkin maybe it has better hardware for handleing more data.

I'm going to test and see if the level is the issue now by haveing the lowest level farmer I got plant the entire 160 crops then see if they continue working or not. I will then post the results of this test when its complete.

Ok so the problem was simply that there was just too much going on in the main view screen at the same time. Keeping the two wells and fields seperate so that no two fields of 120 are ever in the main view screen at the same time allows the AI to continue doing its job, and all 4 farmers are working. I even had it working with 3 wells of 120 crops each, but they just can't be within view of each other. All that graphical data makes the AI get shut out of the xbox360's processor and the AI shuts down causing the farmers to just stand there. Keeping them seperate works, however haveing so many corn crops growing at once still slows the game down a bit.
