I chose the power ending. Spend hours recruiting raiders, gathering food, building a huge compound, slaughtering all who stand in my way, and gathering an immense arsenal. I love a good story; best part of a game, in my opinion. I gone through hours of running simulator to complete as many story quests as I could find. Then FEMA comes along and F#%*$ up the Alice storyline. Sure it could end well, put an interesting turn of events but suddenly when talking about the incident "I" say "I guess I should care more" and that's that. I'm called a dick and move on...

I understand I didn't select the Love ending. But That's really it? Is there no way to get that storyline without devoting our entire game play to it specifically? I really do enjoy the game, and I really enjoy how your stuck with very conflicting choices and there isn't a lot of "best of both worlds" options, but this just slapped me hard across the face. After all this time building an understanding and developing Alice and Joe much more than any other character, we just cut it off completely. Is there any hope for a hopeless role-player/story junkie like me?


TLDR: 0.o Is there still a chance to finish Alice's story without another 10-30 hours of gameplay?
