In this article I will talk a little bit about the towers that will be present in the game, what inspired each one of them and also their properties.
Much of the inspiration of the game (the gameplay itself) and also the towers came after hours and hours playing Pixel Junk Monsters (a clear reference to this game).
I'm still developing the concept of other more complex and towers that require a good balance.
Each tower needs to be very well planned because their performance directly affects the game.
Some towers are the worst to plan well should be considered as useful too.
One of the things that also playing several other Tower Defense style games helped me plan a few limitations (such as only certain towers are available to a phase).
Bow and arrow

Description: is the tower that can cause damage in all types of enemy (air/ground) and have a reasonable damage.
Cannon
Area: floor

Range: small
Description: the biggest problem here is do he hit several enemies simultaneously. Has a recharge time greater.
Ice
Area: floor
Damage: medium
Cost: highRange: small
Description: tower that will freeze enemies and cause a little damage, it actually helps the other torres doing the enemy standing (i.e. a support tower really).
Tesla

Damage: high
Range: small
