Sanctum is the world's first FPS tower defense game and is set in a beautiful science fiction world. You take the role of Skye, an elite soldier sent out to protect her hometown, Elysion One, from hordes of mysterious alien creatures. To facilitate your success you construct defensive structures and upgrade handheld weapons. Jump right into the fray and wreak havoc with your own weapons - unlike regular tower defense games, you are a key part of the defense. Sanctum has taken the best features of first person shooters and tower defense games to create something totally unique.

We've recently polished the demo of Sanctum a little since we entered the Indie Game Challenge and we thought it'd be a good idea to release the new demo to the public. The new demo is not very different from the old version, but there are quite a few small changes.

===CHANGE LOG===
- Sniper Rifle
►The zoom is changed to a 2-step zoom instead of a gradual zoom.
►Removed the burst fire upgrade.
►Every upgrade of the Sniper Rifle now adds an extra shot to be fired before it reloads.
eg. lvl 2 can shoot 2 shots before a reload is necessary and lvl 3 can shoot 3 shots.
►Damage changed to 50/75/112. Changed from 75/75/75.
►Rate of fire changed to 2,5 seconds. Changed from 2,5/2,4/2,3.
►Headshot multiplier changed to 3. Changed from 3/3,5/4.
- Assault Rifle
►The Assault Rifle has been changed to include the grenades from lvl 1. The damage is 40/80/160.
►The grenades splash radius has been reduced. Each grenade launched now generates 85% heat.
►The heat generation and cooldown has been normalized, all levels of the assault rifle should now be able to maintain fire for the same amount of time.
►You can now swap freely between the weapons and the swap time has been reduced.
►The difficulty has been heavily decreased, if you played the old demo you should notice a significant change. The waves have been reconfigured to arrive at the bridge at roughly the same time.
►You now start with more resources and earn more resources after each wave
►The Gatling Tower damage has been incresed to 2/4/7. Up from 1/2/4
►The Lightning Tower damage has been decreased to 120/255/465. Down from 150/325/615
►The Anti-Air Tower rate of fire has been decreased to 3 seconds. From 3/2.95/2.9.
►The Anti-Air Tower damage has been increased to 40/105/195. Up from 20/50/90.
►The Anti-Air Tower rate of fire has been decreased to 3 seconds. Up from 1/0.9/0.8.
►The slow field slow % has been changed to 50/66/75. Up from 40/55/70.
►We've added two tutorial screens at the start of the level.
►There are some terrain changes.
►We've hidden two stashes of sandwiches on the map, as well as two babushkas. Can you find them?
