Description
I was putting the maze together and used a large sprite image to help me keep track of the walls. It just so happened that the red-on-black/dark grey was utterly perfect. It created, in my mind, a soft and nearly-eerie glow that was exactly the eye-popping effect I didn't realize I was looking for. It was exactly what the name of the game called for - since initially I was dealing with shadows in a maze.
