We have been working on the game for a year now in our free time and feel it is the time to push development up a notch such as improved graphics, models and sound and ultimately turn the current version into a fully playable game.
Currently we still have full time jobs and the goal we have set only reflects paying for necessary software and hardware. If we go beyond our goal, this should not only significantly speed up the creation of a fully working game with freelancer help on the graphics/programming, but also allow us to add many more features/tweaks/additions such as film quality music or even a title animation.
