Hi. Game just crashed. I got the crash dump files and error logs and wonder if there are any ways for me to send them in? |

Hey, sorry I just saw this. You can email them to hakjakgames@gmail.com and put "Crash Report" in the Subject line. However, every crash report I've received has been due to one of the following, all easy fixes: 1.) User didn't wait for the download to complete 100% before trying to launch the game. 2.) User didn't UN-ZIP all of the files into a new folder named "Guts and Glory". (They just opened the folder and tried to play, without un-zipping.) 3.) They had a computer that was too old (usually just the graphics card was too old). Hope that helps! - HakJak |
