This is the Dead Squared Public Alpha Build June 22 for LINUX.
Congratulations, today is your first day of work at a top secret government agency that runs the even more top secret, Facility 15. Facility 15 stores and researches paranormal creatures & monsters to further the development of weapons of mass destruction. Unfortunately for you, things are not going to go well today as a major malfunction in the facility has released all the test subjects. Good luck getting out alive. Features: Roguelike features Toon render Old school DOOM shooter action Weapon crafting Monsters of all types Inventory Tetris
Finally, we released a new playable alpha build of our game Dead Squared. We had a good E3, and implemented a lot of the feedback from people over the web, and during demo sessions. It has taken a bit longer then normal but I'm pretty happy with it. Keep in mind the game does not have any gameplay progression, and only 4 craftable weapons. There is also no quality type drops. Meaning all the guns you can craft from the schematics are the same for now. No acutal rpg elements are in, but we do plan to get that in, in a later build.
In the next public build we will demo the quality types, along with improved enemy AI and encounters.
As always we love to hear feedback, and we will consider every comment you guys have. Also make sure to check out our greenlight page.
Below is a video of the build that is only a few days old. I hope you guys have fun!

@the_ruseman I'm surprised this was left in. I don't even know any of the programmers on the project. It's a cool thing to find though.

@the_ruseman Generally all games have a debug cheat mode for devs and testers during development. They normally remove it on final release
