Dark Horizons: Mechanized Corps is a 3rd person persistent online mech combat game set in the Dark Horizons Universe. Successor to the 2004 game Dark Horizons: Lore and the 2009 game Lore: Aftermath, Mechanized Corps takes the best of both its predecessors and creates a whole new level of mech action and community for the genre.

As we steam toward our next release we are making sure we deliver on Linux, Mac and SteamOS.

As promised in our greenlight campaign, we would be bringing you Dark Horizons: Mechanized Corps on Windows, Linux, and Mac OS X. So far the game was Windows only but I am excited today to show you what I have been working hard on lately. Here is a screenshot of the game running in Ubuntu Linux.

This is still an early build of the Linux client but so far it is working very well. Next week I plan to have more exciting news for you on this front.
