Interaction Cursor

Description
Been putting this off for just over 6 months now. Basically, the cursor changes to this when you can interact with something by right-clicking.
Currently working on optimisations and tutorials, no use in really posting about it, I'll keep you guys updated as I add more things for the first beta release.
