Crawle 0.2.2 download

Finally eh? First of all I'd like to say that:

1) World names are temporarily disabled because we don't have a good enough method for having dynamic world names yet.
2) We've fixed memory and fps leaks but we've also given you the ability to unlock your fps, if your fps is already around the 50-64 area, don't hit F.
3) Sorry for this patch not using the updater, the patch after next will use the updater, it works, but there was a small error that prevented me using it in this version and possibly the next.

    - Cleaned up the main game GUI.
    - Fixed POT issues and file size issues.
