Here is a simplified text explanation of what happens in the video.
First I make a copy of an already existing level:
I then delete all but one of every cube in the new level:
After doing that I make the shape with the finish cube which you can see in the centre:
Then I change the colours of the cubes in the shape:
Now that is done I place all the movable cubes on the shape so that it matches the colour, after doing that I reverse engineer the shape to verify that the puzzle can be solved:
