Introduction
Banking tycoon is a business simulation game inspired by games such as Theme Hospital or Prison Architect. In Banking Tycoon you need to build a working bank from a safe and $50,000. In the Pre-Alpha version of the game you manage a single bank.
In Banking Tycoon the role of money is very different from most other business simulations as you have no direct control of how much money you borrow and lend, and hence the size of your balance. Customers will borrow and deposit what they want, depending on the interest rates you set for your financial products. The aim of the game is to have a large balance and a positive daily income.
Global interest rates will fluctuate depending on what rates the Central Bank sets. In turn your competitors will set their rates based on the Central Bank rate, which will affect the rates you must set to attract customers to your bank.
Pre-Alpha
The game is currently in very early stages of development and a great number of features are missing. For example there is only basic sound and all 3D models and 2D textures are placeholders at present. We have released the game as an open pre-alpha because we feel that the greatest asset we have is the opinions and feedback from our customers; we do not want to waste time developing and implementing features that no one (besides the developers) wishes to see.

- You now have limits on market position sizes. Persistently break these limits and you will incur a hit to reputation, a substantial fine and increase the panic of your customers.

I have a question how does the loan function work: when i make a desk for loan givers (don't know the name of those people) and open the desk (yes with money) and then I wait but noone will go there even if i make a loan product in the product menu

Thanks for downloading the game and apologies for the lack of documentation so far; we are working on our first “How-To-Play” video at the moment and will upload it in the next few days. We just wanted to get our website and IndieDB page up and running first of all.
The problem probably is that the interest rate for your personal loan is too high, so customers will not want to take out loans with you. Go to the competitor tab of the product page and check what the competitor rates are. They will be roughly spread around some number, so you will need to estimate what this is. Then adjust your rate so it is say 3-5% lower than your competitors. People should now start to come to the desk and ask for loans with you.
The key to the game is setting the rates correctly; if not many people are borrowing from you, your rates may be a bit too high, similarly if too many people are borrowing from you they may be too low. The interest rates your competitors set will also change over time (and each time you start a new game) so you will need to update the rate periodically to keep the balance correct.
The reputation of your bank will also affect the willingness of people to borrow from you. At the start of the game the reputation is quite low; this is why you will need to set your rates much lower than your competitors to attract customers. As your reputation increases you will find people more willing to borrow from you (and also deposit money with you) so you can increase the rate for loans and make more money.

Yes credit cards are not implemented in the game yet; they were only there for testing / development. Credit cards will be removed from the next pre-alpha coming out before the end of the month. We may at some point re-introduce credit cards, but it will likely be when the game is quite mature.
