Asylum is my final year university project. It is the combination of everything I have learnt over the past few years, and is a very personal project of mine that I'm very excited to be sharing with the world. The aim is to make a really polished game demo, that will hopefully peak the interest of some other great indie devs out there to help me fully realise this game's full potential.

This is one of the most interesting projects I have seen on this site exactly what will the story be about because if the game is going to be named Asylum I think it should be about a person who is seeking Asylum to flee from his war-torn country which he doesn't get so he(the Player) has to build an rebel group whose goal it is to bring peace to the country. The player will have to contend with other rebel groups and the sitting government in order to bring peace to the country.

“Asylum” will be a first person adventure game, with strong emphasis on stealth, exploration and platforming. The world of “Asylum” is a future ravaged Earth, in which the planet has exhausted all of its resources, resulting in worldwide conflicts, famines and natural disasters etc However, prior to the downfall of society a secret contingency plan was put in effect to resettle a small percentage of world’s population to state of the art facilities, known as ARCS. These facilities contained VR technology that would allow the users to enter into a virtual world (whilst their real bodies would remain in suspended animation) letting them live out a new life in complete safety. The rest of world wasn’t so lucky.
