With game modes such as Capture The Flag and Tactical, there are terrific team-based experiences to be had as well as 1v1 duels, free-for-all, and dozens of mutators to alter the game play to your liking. The community is friendly, as well as prolific. Dozens of maps, models, and various accessories have been created by community members to add on to the game experience.
If pictures are worth a thousand words, then videos are worth much more. We have done so much since our last release, the best way to describe it is to just show it.
Really really nice effects! I can still see the brushwork's low amount of faces (I guess that's because the engine is based on Quake 2). But it's easy to ignore.
It's not really because of being based on Q2. The BSP format is used in all id tech engines. The reason it's low is because we try to keep the FPS rate as high as possible, even for lower end systems. We also compensate that by using a lot of static meshes for details, rather than tons of brushes. Actually, since we now load the entire map into one VBO, I'm interested in seeing how things run with more brushes, it theoretically should run pretty fast.

If i would be able to prepare online and offline battles, this game would be better.
I hope coders are reading this, cos' it's a pretty interesting feature.
