As always, HD problem on ModDB. See YouTube link in the description for a HD version. With this video it is a dire need to watch it at full resolution otherwise it's useless.

Now I understand. No it's not yet available for download I'm afraid. Working towards the first release I consider safe enough for others to build projects upon. I don't want to constantly break projects like SourceEngine does all the time hence the initial waiting time.

I played saints row 3rd last night and really want to know how they did their terrain.

Something like procedural content would have to be done in the game scripts. The engine simply provides the dynamic abilities to supported procedural content but it will not provide actual implementations thereof. This keeps you free to implement whatever fits your game.
