The Drag[en]gine is a fully customizable game engine and game development environment designed with modularity and extensibility in mind not requiring expensive licenses.
Sample particles with large emissivity range causing overbrighting effect. This all is automatic and works with different lighting levels. Such emissive particles are fully transparent and just have emissivity assigned to them. This way particles glow in the darkness while becoming barely visible under strong sun-light without messing with the material. This allows for nice holographic or energy based particles that are not based on a transparency-hack failing whenever the lighting condition changes too much.
