Download -> Extract to preferred location -> Run .x86_64 to open launcher -> Click play to play

If the .x86_64 doesn't open, you may have to tweak in file properties/permissions (allow as executable) or find alternative workarounds (such as install missing dependencies related to Unity games, etc.)
