At Arrowhead, we believe that new talent often gets missed when it comes to games development. With the new technologies hitting the shelves today, most game development companies are interested in individuals who excel at skills such as game design, art or programming and tend to miss those who are not fully up to scratch with such technologies. Here at Arrowhead, we aim to change this around. As we all know, everybody needs to start somewhere and get their foot in the door of the industry, so why not begin by joining a game already in development? At Arrowhead, we believe that everyone should have equal opportunities to learn about the game industry and therefore offer advice and tutorials from some of our more experienced members to our newer developers. Here at Arrowhead, we all learn from eachother. It is what makes working with us worthwhile!Although currently we do not pay staff for their services, we aim to give everybody the credit and royalties they deserve should our products ever hit it big time. Inexperienced developers can join our development teams to get a feel of what the indie games industry is like, and also to get their work into one of our games - No matter how awful or disfunctional you may think it is! With the help of our more experienced developers sharing their knowledge and past experiences with you, your skills in a certain area of development are sure to improve.
