Alot of progress has been made recently. The maps are starting to shape out quite nicely. My modelling skills are improving, meaning some areas of the game look better than others, I may go back to re-do some old assets to keep the quality the same throughout.
I have been experimenting with randomizing levels slightly. For example, on some maps lights will be lit for some people and for others they may be flickering. Another example is major events may happen differently or in a different location depending on the playthrough.
Overall the mod is coming along nicely, I'm trying to keep things that have become a cliché in horror games out of the mod and trying to think up new ways of making the game as scary as possible. I will also be messing with the usual mechanics of Amnesia and try to make each monster encounter different and have each of these encounters have different solutions for escaping.
